Nobody knows what the future holds, but one thing is certain: Bad Bunny will keep delivering the hits.
The reggaeton superstar announced the title of his new album “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana” (“Nobody Knows What Will Happen Tomorrow”) in a teaser posted to Instagram Monday.
The clip shows the Puerto Rican rapper and singer, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, riding inside of a car – wearing a New York Yankees cap and plaid head scarf – before dropped off at a swanky locale.
After he is greeted by a flurry of flashbulbs and eager photographers, Bad Bunny walks into a restaurant, where he’s suspiciously eyed by patrons. The “Where She Goes” singer then makes his way to another dining room area and is greeted warmly by a man in a suit.
“Don Benito, so nice to see you,” he tells Bad Bunny, who removed his head scarf and cap to reveal a shaved head look.
The teaser closes with the album’s title and Friday release date, set to a snippet of Bad Bunny’s new music. "The most awaited day for many has arrived," the singer wrote in Spanish alongside the video.
The album announcement follows Bad Bunny’s Thursday appearance at the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards. The reggaetonero nabbed seven awards, including artist of the year, and took the stage for a high-energy medley of his recent hits.
Bad Bunny’s most recent studio effort, “Un Verano Sin Ti,” peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and earned him a nomination for album of the year at the 65th annual Grammy Awards in February.
